These translations are of much inferior quality as the translator is doing it at the same time as he hears the teaching, a hard task when you consider the complex nature of these teachings. But we firmly believe they are of benefit to the student of Buddhism so therefore we offer them here for download.
The following video files are of very high quality m4v encodings for use specifically on ipod/iphone with video playback ability as well as other, similar devices. We have used the highest possible quality encoding which will play on the majority of these devices at this time, while in the future the quality will still be great on devices to come, which will only be getting better. The downloads will also play on your desktop computer with great quality even at full screen. You can convert them to other formats as desired. But with this quality you must realize the file sizes are quite large and are therefore broken up into 1 hour parts each about 700MB.
We are working hard to constantly add new teachings to this list so please check back soon.

On the Full Moon Day of the Tibetan First Month, it is customary for a high Lama to give a lecture on the previous lives of Lord buddha at the Tsuglakhang in Dharamsala. In Spring 2006, His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama gave this lecture. Who was Shakyamuni ? What counts as Buddhist faith ? What are the Three Jewels ? What are the Four Seals ? How dose one become enlightened ? His Holiness urges us to use our unique human intellect to gain insight into these. He emphasises the development of compassion -the source of well-being and happiness for all.
